Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Orders are processed from Michigan, USA, and shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier selection.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via standard ground delivery. Transit times within the U.S. typically range from 3–7 business days. Deliveries to Canada and Mexico may take up to 10–15 business days, depending on customs clearance.
How do I return a product?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened items. Return authorization is required — email info@florinto.com before sending anything back and include your tracking number once shipped. Returns without authorization or tracking will not be accepted or refunded.
Do you offer free returns?
No. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Use a trackable shipping service. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. You’ll receive an email confirmation once processed.
Can I exchange an item?
If your item is damaged or defective on arrival, email info@florinto.com within 7 days with photos and your order number. After review, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you accept international returns?
