At FLORÍNTO BEAUTY CARE, we value your satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for orders placed through our website.

1. RETURN WINDOW & ELIGIBILITY
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must meet the conditions listed below. Returns received after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
2. RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED
Before sending any items back, please contact us at info@florinto.com to obtain return authorization. Once your return is approved, you will be required to provide a valid tracking number. Returns sent without authorization or tracking will not be accepted or refunded.
3. CONDITION OF ITEMS
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- All safety seals and protective packaging must remain intact.
- We cannot accept opened, used, or tampered products for hygiene reasons.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
5. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Returns that do not meet our conditions or arrive without prior authorization will not be refunded.
6. EXCHANGES & DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@florinto.com with your order number and photos of the item. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Opened or used products.
- Items missing original packaging or safety seals.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
Note: We currently do not sell any “final sale” items. If this changes, such items will be clearly marked as non-returnable at checkout.
8. HOW TO START A RETURN
- Email us at info@florinto.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our confirmation and return authorization.
- Ship your item using your preferred trackable carrier and provide us with the tracking number.
Refunds will only be issued once the return is received, inspected, and approved.
9. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We currently offer shipping within the United States, Canada, and Mexico. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs forms, and any duties or taxes. Please mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional import fees. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
